Adding flights is quick and easy with My Pilot Logs smart fill features. You can add Multiple Approaches, Expenses, Track Logs and Images, as well as Signatures which are included on PDF Reports. To suit everyone's needs, you can also choose to display your times in HHMM or Decimal
You can switch between List and Table view's on both the Web and the Apps. The Table view will allow you to easily compare your Digital Logbook with your Physical Logbook. What's more is that the Table View is highly customisable allowing you to pick from 60+ different column options and displaying them in any order you want, with running totals displayed on each page.
Your Physical Logbook is likely to have Empty Rows for multiple reasons such as Examiner comments and Endorsements. To account for this, My Pilot Log allows to you to add these empty rows on the table view. This will allow you to exactly replicate your Physical Logbook, with all your running totals matching at the bottom of each page
Add Track Logs which can be display with an Interactive Map and Graph. Track Logs are accepted from most navigational platforms. You can also add multiple Images to Flights and Aircraft from all your devices

Free Trial and Membership
Upon registration you will get a free trial status. The free trial period
is a duration of 1 Month from the date of registration and will give you
full access and use of our website and apps.
Free trial eligibility is determined by MY PILOT LOG at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. We may use information such as IP address, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent membership to determine eligibility.
At the end of the free trial, if you have not purchased a subscription then your account will be set to inactive and you will not be able to use any features of the site. You will be able to login manage your Account and Preferences.
If you decide to purchase a subscription during the trial period then the trial will remain active and your paid membership will start from the end of the trial end date. However payments may be taken earlier than this date.
If you decide to purchase a yearly subscription, My Pilot Log will continue to charge you yearly until you cancel your membership.
Only one subscription if required to give you full access to the My Pilot Log Platform
The subscription fee for the MY PILOT LOG website and Apps and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a yearly basis to your preferred Payment Method.
Payment for My Pilot Log are taken using Stripe or Apple/ Google in-app purchases and therefore are subject to their Terms and Conditions. In the event of your payments being declined for whatever reason, we reserve the right to cancel/ delete or suspend your account until the payments have been cleared. You agree that any payments made to My Pilot Log may be subject to foreign transaction fees, service fees and any other fees that may be applicable to you card vendor.
A user can choose to pay yearly in 3 currencies: £25, €30, or $34 Per Year
You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the My Pilot Log site until the end of your yearly billing period. If you do not renew your subscription then your account will become inactive until a new subscription is purchased. All your data will remain for 1 year without an active subscription until it is deleted. If you deleted your account and still have a subscription active, then it is your responsibility to ensure any billing agreements are cancelled for your Preferred Payment Method. To cancel, go to the "Your Account" page and click the unsubscribe button. Your account will be updated shortly after and you will receive an email confirmation. Changes to the Price and Service Plans
We may change our subscription price however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
The user who created the My Pilot Log account and whose Payment Method is charged (the "Account Owner") has access and control over they're My Pilot Log account. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date and providing use with correct details about you. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you and My Pilot Log from fraudulent activity.
Ownership, use and intellectual property rights
This Site and all intellectual property rights in it, including but not limited to any Content, are owned by us, our licensors or both (as applicable). We and our licensors reserve all of our and their rights in any intellectual property in connection with these Terms. This means, for example, that we and they remain owners of them and free to use them as we and they see fit.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in the Site other than as necessary to enable you to lawfully access the Site as intended and authorized by us. You agree not to adjust to try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the Site (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the Site.
My Pilot Log takes no responsibility for any data lost, corrupted or rendered unreadable due to software and hardware and infrastructure failure of the My Pilot Log Platform. The Pilot Log platform provides Users with multiple methods of backing up their own data including PDF reports and Excel exports. It is the user's responsibility to make regular back-up of their own data, and it is recommended by My Pilot Log to take regular back-ups periodically
